Can you help if I don’t have artwork?
Yes! If you don’t have print-ready artwork, contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help prepare your design.
How long does my order take?
Most personalised orders are printed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Larger or bulk orders may take a little longer.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes.

Are your products printed in the UK?
Yes.
All products are professionally printed in-house in the UK by Homeprints Limited.
Can I order just one item?
Absolutely.
There is no minimum order on most of our personalised products.
Will my print fade?
No.
We use professional printing methods including DTF and sublimation to produce vibrant, durable prints designed to last.
Can I return personalised products?
Because each item is made to order, personalised products cannot usually be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or we have made an error with your order.
